Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Change-of-Mind Returns

Customers purchasing online generally have the right to cancel eligible orders within 14 days of receiving their goods.

For change-of-mind returns, we request that products are returned unopened, unused, with their original seals intact and in their original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage where the return is due to a change of mind.

2. Opened, Reconstituted or Used Products

XAVEXRA LABS does not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds or exchanges for products that have been opened, reconstituted, mixed with another substance, partially consumed or otherwise used.

Where applicable law permits, statutory cancellation rights may be excluded for qualifying sealed products that become unsealed after delivery, or for goods inseparably mixed with other substances.

Where statutory cancellation rights remain applicable, we reserve the right to make lawful deductions for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods. Products rendered unusable or unsuitable for resale may have no remaining commercial value.

These provisions do not affect statutory rights relating to faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods.

3. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incomplete or incorrect, please contact info@xavexralabs.com with your order reference and details of the issue.

Please report damaged, incorrect or missing items within 48 hours of delivery where possible, with your order reference and details of the issue. This request helps us investigate promptly and does not limit your statutory rights.

We may request photographs to help investigate and resolve the matter.

Where required by law, XAVEXRA LABS will cover reasonable return costs and provide the appropriate remedy.

4. Requesting a Return

To request a return or cancel, email info@xavexralabs.com with your order reference. You do not have to give a reason to exercise an applicable statutory cancellation right. You may use the model cancellation form below, but any clear statement of your decision to cancel is sufficient.

Where statutory cancellation rights apply, you may cancel from the time the contract is formed until 14 days after the day you receive the goods. If products from one order arrive separately, the period runs from receipt of the last product. Sending your cancellation notice before the period ends meets the notification deadline.

Return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days after notifying us. You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns.

Our correspondence and returns address is shown below. We can provide appropriate return instructions. Contacting us before dispatching a return is recommended but does not restrict statutory cancellation rights.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

For statutory cancellation, we refund the payments due, including standard outbound delivery where applicable. Unless we offer to collect the goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we receive them or evidence of their return, whichever is earlier. Reimbursement is due without undue delay and no later than 14 days after that event; if we offer to collect, no later than 14 days after cancellation notice. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.

Any lawful deductions for diminished value will be explained to the customer.

6. Research Use Only

All XAVEXRA LABS research products are supplied strictly for research purposes only and are not intended for human consumption or administration.

Products that have been used, contaminated or altered cannot be returned under our voluntary change-of-mind returns policy.

7. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits customers' statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection legislation.
